Because we have grown up with our father as a police chief and our grandfather as a fire chief, Luna’s Light has been impacted by the safety forces community. In 2001, a law enforcement officer was killed in the line of duty every 39 hours. Below is a brief list of resources for the survivors of law enforcement officers. Family Resources
Concerns of Police Survivors (COPS)- a nation-wide non-profit organization providing resources to assist in the rebuilding of the loves of Survivors of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty.
Public Safety Officers’ Benefits (PSOB)-provides financial benefit to eligible survivors
