Ordering
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and payment through PayPal. If you would like to pay by money order, personal check or through other arrangements, please email us. Ohio residents will be assessed a 7.75% sales tax on the total order amount.

We will provide a handwritten gift card with any order for an additional $2.00. We also will write a handwritten message in an Empathy Card for $1.00. Please keep your message to 20 words or less. At this time we can only ship to one address per order.

Shipping and Handling
We ship our products via United States Postal Service using First Class Mail. Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days. We do not guarantee the date of delivery, but our products are typically delivered to most addresses in the continental US within 1-5 days once shipped. All orders greater than $50 are shipped with USPS Delivery Confirmation and are insured. For large and/or wholesale orders we may ship by Priority Mail or Parcel Post. If you have not received your package within 10 business days after placing your order, please contact us to check on your order status. Please email us to make arrangements for international shipments and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Wholesale
Email us for wholesale and quantity discount pricing. Tax identification numbers are required for wholesale pricing.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Within the first 30 days of the date you receive your order, we will replace any damaged items with an identical item at no charge to you. You must contact us first to make arrangements for the replacement.
