We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and payment through PayPal. If you would like to pay by money order, personal check or through other arrangements, please email us. Ohio residents will be assessed a 7.75% sales tax on the total order amount. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your shipment or placing an order.

Gift Orders
For an additional $2, we can include a handwritten note card with any order. We will also write a handwritten message in an Empathy Card for $1. Please keep your message to 20 workds or less. At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. For special requests, please contact us.

We ship our products via United States Postal Service using First Class Mail. Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days. We do not guarantee the date of delivery, but our products are typically delivered to most addresses in the continental US within 1-5 days once shipped. All orders greater than $50 are shipped with USPS Delivery Confirmation and are insured. For large and/or wholesale orders we may ship by Priority Mail or Parcel Post. If you have not received your package within 10 business days after placing your order, please contact us to check on your order status.
