Ordering

At Luna's Light, we believe it is very important to make it easy for you to support a friend or family member who is missing a loved one. Please browse our website and use our customer-friendly, and secure, shopping cart to place an order when you are ready. If you prefer, you can always select your order using the shopping cart, but then choose phone order as your payment option, and we will call you!

Once your order is placed via the shopping cart, you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or through PayPal. If you would like to pay by money order, personal check or through other arrangements, please email us. Ohio residents will be assessed a 7.75% sales tax on the total order amount.    Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your shipment or placing an order.
 
Gift Orders

For an additional $2, we can  include a handwritten note card with any order.    We will also write a handwritten message in an Empathy Card for $1.  Please keep your message to 20 works or less.  At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. We are always happy to accommodate any special requests, just contact us.
     
Shipping and Handling

We ship our products via United States Postal Service using First Class Mail. Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days. We do not guarantee the date of delivery, but our products are typically delivered to most addresses in the continental US within 1-5 days once shipped. All orders greater than $50 are shipped with USPS Delivery Confirmation and are insured. For large and/or wholesale orders we may ship by Priority Mail or Parcel Post. If you have not received your package within 10 business days after placing your order, please contact us to check on your order status. Please email us to make arrangements for international shipments and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Within the first 30 days of the date you receive your order, we will replace any damaged items with an identical item at no charge to you. You must contact us first to make arrangements for the replacement.
